Laser & Laser Hair Removal
Laser treatments for hair, pigment and redness
Unwanted hair, sun spots, diffuse redness, active acne and a softening jawline are all treated on the same device family. We look at your skin tone and the hair or pigment we're treating before anything is booked.

First step
Start with a consultation
Nobody sells you a package before we've looked at your skin.
The laser consultation is thirty minutes and carries no obligation. We assess your skin tone, the hair or pigment being treated and your recent sun history, then tell you what the laser can realistically do — including when it isn't the right tool for you at all.
BBL photofacial
Photofacial — pigment and redness
Reveal clearer, calmer, more even-toned skin with a BBL (BroadBand Light) photofacial, designed to target pigmentation and rosacea at the source. Precise pulses of light energy gently heat the upper layers of skin to break up unwanted pigment and reduce visible redness, while stimulating collagen for a smoother, more radiant complexion. Ideal for sun damage, age spots, freckles and vascular redness, with no downtime — and over a series of sessions you will notice a brighter, more balanced tone and a significant reduction in flushing and discoloration.

Neck or Chest Photofacial — add-on
Extends a face photofacial to the neck or chest in the same visit, so tone matches all the way down.
Photofacial — Arms or Hands
BBL for sun damage, age spots and uneven tone on the arms, or for age spots on the backs of the hands.

Courses of three for both the full and partial photofacial, plus an intro package of three for first-time laser clients.
Active breakouts
Laser acne treatment
Achieve clearer, healthier-looking skin with ClearScan, an advanced laser acne treatment that targets breakouts at the source. Gentle, controlled laser energy penetrates deep into the skin to reduce acne-causing bacteria, calm inflammation and help regulate oil production without damaging the surface. It suits both active acne and prevention, is safe for a variety of skin types, and needs little to no downtime. With a series of treatments you will notice fewer breakouts, reduced redness and an overall improvement in skin texture.
It is usually run as a series — a package of three is available, including an intro package for first-time laser clients — and it pairs with the facials our Advanced Practice Aestheticians perform on the skin and facials page.

Jawline definition
SkinTight — jawline and jowls
Sculpt and define your profile with SkinTight, an advanced, non-invasive treatment that firms and tightens the delicate skin along the jawline and under the chin. Targeted infrared light energy gently heats the deeper layers of the skin to stimulate collagen production, improving laxity and restoring a more youthful, contoured appearance. It suits mild to moderate sagging, early jowling or loose skin beneath the chin, with no downtime — and over a series of treatments you will notice smoother, firmer skin and a more defined jawline, without needles or surgery.
Almost everyone books it as a course of three or six rather than a single session — packages for both are available, along with an intro package of three. Ask at your consultation.

By treatment area
Laser hair removal
Say goodbye to shaving, waxing and constant upkeep. Laser hair removal uses targeted light energy to safely reduce unwanted hair at the root, helping to prevent future growth while leaving the surrounding skin unharmed. It is customized to your skin type and hair color, treatments are quick and comfortable with little to no downtime, and with a series of sessions you will notice finer, slower regrowth and a significant reduction in hair over time.
Booked per area, per session. Hair grows in cycles, so laser hair removal only works as a series — packages of six are available for every area and are how most areas are booked. Once you're finished, maintenance sessions keep it there.

One fee to know about
Hair Trim Fee
This is a fee, not a treatment. The laser needs the area short before a session; if we have to trim it for you, the fee is added. Ask at your consultation exactly how to arrive so you never pay it.
Before & after your appointment
Laser prep and aftercare
Read this before you book. Sun exposure is the one thing that will get a laser appointment rescheduled, and it is entirely within your control.
How should I prepare before and after a laser treatment?
Proper skin preparation before and after laser treatments is essential for achieving optimal results and minimizing risks. Prior to your appointment, your skin must be at its most natural color — this means no tan, self-tanner or sunburn. If you have recently spent significant time in the sun, it is important to allow your skin to fully return to its normal tone, which may take one to two weeks. This precaution helps prevent skin irritation and uneven treatment outcomes. After your laser session, you must avoid sun exposure for 7 to 10 days to protect your skin while it heals and to reduce the risk of pigmentation changes or damage.
Do I have to have a consultation first?
Yes. Laser results depend on your skin tone and recent sun history, so every course starts with a 30-minute consultation you can book online. Nothing is treated that day unless you decide to go ahead. More questions are answered on our FAQ page.
