A: Proper skin preparation before and after laser treatments is essential for achieving optimal results and minimizing risks. Prior to your appointment, your skin must be at its most natural color—this means no tan, self-tanner or sunburn. If you have recently spent significant time in the sun, it is important to allow your skin to fully return to its normal tone, which may take one to two weeks. This precaution helps prevent skin irritation and uneven treatment outcomes. After your laser session, you must avoid sun exposure for 7 to 10 days to protect your skin while it heals and to reduce the risk of pigmentation changes or damage. Following these guidelines ensures your skin responds safely and effectively to the treatment.
A:Some changes may be noticeable within a few weeks, but because collagen remodeling takes time, the most visible improvements often appear over several weeks to months after treatments. Normally it's recommended to do a series of 3, anytime 2-4 weeks apart.
A:The SkinPen device creates tiny micro-injuries in the surface of the skin. This triggers a healing response, increasing collagen and elastin productions, which helps repair and rejuvenate the skin from the inside out. Helps with overall skin appearance, tone, texture, acne scars, pores and pigment. Safe for all skin types and tones. Ask about upgrading to the No Filter Needed SkinPen.
A: The Vi-Peel is a medium-depth chemical peel designed to target fine lines, wrinkles, and improve the overall tone and texture of your skin. During the treatment, the peel solution is applied and must remain on the skin for at least 4 hours or more to achieve optimal results. You can expect some downtime on the day of application, primarily because the peel needs time to work beneath the surface. Starting on the second or third day post-treatment, you will experience visible peeling, which is the phase where most of the downtime occurs.
A:DiamondGlow uses a diamond-tipped wand for deeper physical exfoliation, while HydraFacial provides lighter chemical exfoliation. DiamondGlow infuses customized SkinMedica® serums directly into freshly exfoliated skin, making it ideal for more corrective concerns such as texture, fine lines, acne, and stubborn discoloration, leaving your skin soft and glowing. HydraFacial focuses on hydration and glow through its vortex infusion system. This process uses a light chemical exfoliation to remove any buildup on the skin.
A:Diamond Glow is a medial grade facial that exfoliates, extracts, and infuses the skin simultaneously using a diamond tipped wand and targeted serums. It delivers immediate glow while improving overall skin health. No downtime treatment.

A:We use a topical numbing cream to numb the area prior to injections, and most lip filler contains a built-in numbing agent. Using this combination of numbing it helps maximize comfort. Clients typically describe the sensation as pressure or mild pinching. So overall you are pretty comfortable during the treatment.
A:You may start to see results in 3-5 days, with full results visible around 10-14 days after treatment. Results typically last 3-4 months, depending on factors like metabolism, muscle strength, dosing and treatment area.
A:There is little to no downtime for most of our injectable services. With that said anytime you are being injected there is always a chance of bruising and sometimes swelling. Less common with Botox and Dysport, can be more common with HA fillers like Juvederm or Restylane products. If you have a big event coming up, we recommend that you plan well in advance for any potential bruising, and give the products time to kick in so your results are fresh for your event. Your provider can go over all potential downtime prior to being treated.

A: Experiencing little lumps after dermal filler injections is common and generally not a cause for concern. These lumps can sometimes result from minor bruising beneath the skin, which typically resolves on its own within a few days. In many cases, gently massaging the area as advised can help reduce lumpiness. However, if the lumps persist beyond the expected healing time or cause discomfort, we recommend contacting our office promptly.
